Christmas 2000 |
On December 10th, Mommy introduced me to a gentleman who seemed a very decent person... He made a very good impression on me....
Still I didn't want to sit on his knees... After all we had not been in friendly terms for so long.... |
|
Then I saw Mommy avidly studying some cook books and that is pretty unusual, you can trust me! She was obviously in deep thoughts and sometimes I could hear huge sighs... She would dog ear some pages sometimes and take notes... |
And everyday Mommy would talk to me about Santa, gifts, and a mysterious letter I was supposed to write... Hey ! But I am
only 15 mos old !!! Eventually, one morning we took the car and drove to Yermenonville, there was no snow and Mommy was a bit disappointed but I thought it was much
better without snow because as far as snow is concerned I am an expert and I can tell you there is nothing funny in falling all the
time in a kind of gray mud, although Mommy was looking forward to making a snowman and I admit that it did look like fun ! Once we were there we met up with Marie and Jean-Paul, Lélie and Mike and Sophie and Nick, unfortunately Ella was not with us... |

This is Mommy and I... |
I am becoming
quite good at my imitation of the tiger.... Grrrrrr...... |
For Christmas, I got loads of pretty labels and nice gift paper as well... And... A big Blue Bunny Rabbit, a 'Winnie the Pooh' tractor (my hero!), a piano that plays very nice music, a girafe, a talking telephone, lovely dresses, lots of clothes, and many many other nice things.... When I am a very big girl I want to marry Santa, he is really a very nice guy even if..... |
...On Christmas Day morning he realized he had forgotten to bring me a present and he came back to give it to me 'personnally' but.. I was a bit scared of this big red bearded man... Although, I really appreciate he did it now.... |
